Notification Email
While PortCall requires a unique email address as an account name, you can also set a different email address (e.g. dispatcher@agency.com) for notifications. To set a Notification Email Address:
- Go to your profile details (click Me from the top menu)
- In the Details section, click Edit
- Next to the email input, click Set notification email
- Select and edit the email address listed
- Click Close in the upper right

While you’re editing the Notification Email, you can also update your contact details.
Who can edit your PortCalls?
PortCall gives you complete control over who else from your organization can edit your PortCalls. Most agents consider it a best practice to add all the other agent’s from your org as editors. To view and edit your editors:
- Go to your profile details (click Me from the top menu)
- By the Who can edit my PortCalls? section, click Edit
- Click into the Invite Editor… input box
- Select or type and select a name from the list to add that user
- Click the X next to their profile picture and name to remove that user
- Click Done Editing to finalize your changes
