Unless you are an agent registered with Hawaii DOT Harbors Division, you do not need a PortCall account. User accounts are only needed for scheduling berth reservations. You do not need to request an account to view the public schedule.

- Once you submit the form, we’ll notify Hawaii Harbors for approval.
- When approved, you’ll receive an invitation link by email. Click “Accept Invitation” to set up your password and add your contact details.
