Canceling or deleting a PortCall effects everything associated with the PortCall. Canceling a PortCall also cancels all the berth reservations, transits, services, and pilots orders.
How to cancel or delete a PortCall
- Select View PortCall to see the PortCall Profile.
- In the Actions Menu, select Cancel PortCall (or Delete PortCall) and answer the prompts.
Who can do this?
- Agents (or other requestors) – can cancel any of their reservations. Agents can not delete PortCalls.
- Berth Managers – for their berths.
- Dispatchers.
- Site Admins.
